Q: Do your prices include delivery?
A:No, our prices do not include delivery costs.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: All orders can be shipped to all the countries in the European Union. If you want to order for shipment within the European Union you can just order through our webshop and shipping costs will be shown at check out. We also do tailor-made shipping worldwide for all the countries outside the European Union but only for orders above the €1000 ex shipping and non-fragile items.
Q: How do you ship the order?
A: Our orders are shipped with different couriers such as DHL and PostNL. Also we do local delivery ourself within parts of the Netherlands and we use different courier parties for pallet transport. You can also always choose to pick up the order at our warehouse in Amsterdam.
Q: I haven't received my order yet, how is this possible?
A: Some of our products are made by hand only after an order is placed and can't be shipped immediately. These are products that have a delivery time in the description or are pre-order products. We will inform you once the order is shipped.
Q: When will I know if my order is shipped?
A: Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the trackingnumber. Please always check your spambox if the email did not end up in there. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment or if you see shipment problems in your tracking you can always contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
