Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly in our webshop or in our store. Please note you can also always contact us my email at email@example.com for order questions or for business orders.
Q: Was my order placed correct?
A: Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spambox as well. If you did not receive the confirmation email please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if everything went right.
Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order?
A: Please call or email us as soon as possible. We ship most of our orders out within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order is shipped there can't be any changes or cancelation made.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can pay your order online by IDEAL, creditcard, Paypal or Bankcontact.
Q: Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
A: Yes, items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased will stay there. Do keep in mind that products can go out of stock in the time you wait to place your order later.
